Weapons can also be customized with unique special effects. You can either add a new special effect if the weapon does not have one, or modify an existing special effect.
The cost of this addition or modification is left to the discretion of the GM.
Please note that in the case of a negative special effect, you will need to pay for the removal of this special effect before you can replace it.
The value assigned to this removal is left to the discretion of the GM, based on the relevance and potency of the effect.
